Restore, a social economy project of the Methodist Church, specialises in selling a range of good quality second furniture as well as refurbished and upcycled furniture- raising funds to renew and transform the East Belfast Community.
The shops raise vital funds to support those in need in one of the most deprived areas of Northern where the charity provides a wide range of services to ease these difficulties, offering counselling, community projects, and support to lift people out of homelessness or unemployment.
East Belfast Mission is registered with the Charity Commission of Northern Ireland- NIC 100744.

The East Belfast Mission (EBM) is a charity at the heart of the community in East Belfast. Based in the Skainos Centre, an urban regeneration project on the Newtownards Road in Belfast, EBM is dedicated to helping young and old from all backgrounds by transforming the lives of the most vulnerable
These services include the Hosford project which aims to alleviate the difficulties and suffering associated with homelessness by offering a 26 bed homeless hostel and by providing on-going tenancy support for over 100 individuals a year who are at risk of homelessness.
The LEMIS+ employability team also work with approximately 360 clients per year and assist over 100 of clients back to work as well as offering a Community Family Support Programme which offers support to clients for positive parenting, a cook it project and family therapy sessions.
The charity even runs a vibrant and busy café in Skainos Square which offers a successful ‘Meals on Wheels’ project, delivering over 10,000 hot nutritious meals each year to the elderly, sick and housebound in the local East Belfast area, who would otherwise be without a substantial daily meal.
